GENERAL CONDITIONS
The availability request is not binding and does not take the form of a contract either for the customer or for the AURAI HOTEL.
The booking request represents an Order Form and therefore binding for the Customer but not binding for HOTEL AURAI, which party is free not to accept the booking.
The booking confirmation that HOTEL AURAI sends to the Customer is binding for both parties and constitutes the completion of the booking contract with option.
In the event that a confirmatory deposit is requested, the Customer has the duty to send it within the times indicated by the management of the HOTEL AURAI so that the option is removed and the booking is definitively confirmed.At this point, HOTEL AURAI will undertake to send the customer a confirmation email.
All reservations must be confirmed by fax or e-mail by accepting the cancellation conditions of the structure.
The rooms will be available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival to 11.00 am on the day of departure. Any needs must be communicated at the time of booking.
The wellness center is open from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm
The contents of the booking form are binding for both parties pursuant to art. 1322 of the Civil Code.
Prices are per person per day with overnight stay and buffet breakfast.
Access to the wellness center included from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
Double room supplement for single use €10.00 per day; for special rooms €15.00 per day and for Junior suites and suites €30 per day.
From 1 November 2015 the tourist tax of €1.50 per day for adults and children over 14 years of age is in force. The tourist tax, to be paid on site, is mandatory until the tenth day of stay.
Supplements:Pets in the room authorized in advance: €10 per day for cleaning and sanitizing the environment.
