Territoriality, quality and freshness are the main ingredients of our shopping list.
We select products linked to the cycle of the seasons and the history of the territory: mountain herbs, mushrooms, wild flowers, mountain cheeses, freshwater fish and native wines.
We pay particular attention to organic and zero kilometer products.
BREAKFAST: THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL
The start of the day is truly fundamental for us at the Aurai hotel.
Fresh bread, homemade jams, Trentino butter and mountain yoghurt, cured meats, freshly cooked eggs and much more will allow you to start the day on the right foot!
